Man Overboard!!

Danaher heads back to the Big Apple.

Dear Colleagues:

It is with great regret that I inform you of the resignation of the Rev. Dr. William J. Danaher, Associate Professor of Theology and Ethics. He has accepted a call to the General Theological Seminary in New York, to the position of Associate Professor of Ethics and Moral Theology in the John Henry Hobart Chair, beginning this fall, pending approval by General’s Board of Trustees. Bill has been an outstanding teacher and scholar, and many here have benefited by his gifts as preacher and pastor. He and Claire, and their children, Phoebe and Thea, have brought much to the Sewanee community. I will miss them very much.
