Stephen Noll is currently Vice Chancellor [equivalent to President in the US] of Uganda Christian University, which became the first private university in Uganda to receive a charter by the government of Uganda, and the first African affiliate to the Council of Christian Colleges and Universities. Here is the audio of his sermon given at St. Philip's Church, Charleston, SC. It was preached on the Sunday following his time speaking at the Mere Anglicanism Conf.
He is preaching on the scripture readings from the 3rd Sunday after the Epiphany.
